1. About the Programme

• Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) is a skill development programme designed to provide students with industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills in emerging technologies.
• The programme includes structured classroom/online training, practical activities, assessments, projects, and other programme-related activities.
• Students are expected to actively participate throughout the programme and complete all prescribed requirements.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• Students must meet the eligibility criteria communicated for the respective SIC course.
• Registration must be completed using the student’s own and correct details.
• Students must provide accurate academic, personal, and contact information during registration.
• Registration does not automatically confirm selection into the programme. Selection will be based on the prescribed screening and selection process.
• A student should register for the programme only after understanding the course duration, training requirements, attendance criteria, assessment process, and completion requirements.

3. Course Commitment

• SIC is a structured programme requiring regular participation and commitment.
• Students should ensure that they have sufficient time to attend training sessions and complete assignments, assessments, projects, and other programme activities.
• Students should not register if they are unable to commit to the complete programme schedule.
• Students are expected to follow the training schedule communicated by the programme team/institution.

4. Attendance

• Regular attendance is mandatory for successful completion of the programme.
• Students must maintain the prescribed minimum attendance requirement of the programme.
• Students are expected to attend sessions on time and remain engaged throughout the training.
• Unauthorised or frequent absence may affect the student’s eligibility for further participation and certification.
• Students should inform the concerned programme coordinator/institution in case of unavoidable circumstances affecting their attendance.

5. Training & Learning

• Students are expected to actively participate in classroom, online, laboratory, practical, and project-based learning activities, wherever applicable.
• Students must complete the learning modules and activities within the timelines specified by the programme.
• Students should independently practice and work on assignments and projects provided during the programme.
• Students are encouraged to clarify their doubts with trainers and actively participate in discussions and practical activities.

6. Assessments, Quizzes & Projects

• Students may be required to participate in pre-assessments, chapter-wise quizzes, periodic assessments, final assessments, projects, and other evaluation activities.
• Students must complete all mandatory assessments within the prescribed timelines.
• Students must follow the instructions provided by the trainer or programme team during assessments.
• Copying, impersonation, plagiarism, cheating, or use of unfair means during assessments or project submissions is strictly prohibited.
• Students must submit their own work unless group work is specifically permitted.

7. Certification

• Certification will be subject to fulfilment of the prescribed programme requirements.
• Students must meet the applicable attendance, assessment, project, and other completion criteria to be eligible for certification.
• Mere registration or participation in a few training sessions does not guarantee certification.
• Students should complete all mandatory activities within the prescribed programme duration.

8. Programme Discipline & Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour with trainers, coordinators, fellow students, institutional staff, and programme representatives.
• Any form of misconduct, harassment, abusive behaviour, disruption of training, or misuse of programme resources may result in disciplinary action.
• Students must follow the rules and instructions of the training institution as well as the SIC programme.

9. LMS & Digital Learning

• Students are required to regularly access the SIC LMS and complete assigned learning activities within the prescribed timelines.
• Students should use their own LMS account and must not share their login credentials with others.
• Students are responsible for checking the LMS regularly for announcements, schedules, assignments, quizzes, assessments, and other programme updates.
• Students should ensure that they have access to the required device, internet connectivity, and other resources needed for online/hybrid learning, wherever applicable.

10. Programme Activities & Opportunities

• Students may be required to participate in programme activities such as projects, hackathons, presentations, surveys, events, workshops, competitions, or other activities as applicable to the programme.
• Participation in such activities may be an important part of the overall learning experience and, where specified, may be mandatory for programme completion.
• Awards, prizes, recognition, visits, internships, or other opportunities, where offered, will be subject to separate eligibility and selection criteria and are not guaranteed to every participant.

11. Communication & Updates

• Students must regularly check their registered mobile number, email address, and SIC LMS account for programme-related communication.
• Students are responsible for keeping themselves updated about training schedules, assessments, deadlines, events, and other programme announcements.
• Students must follow the instructions and timelines communicated through official programme channels.

12. Withdrawal / Non-Participation

• Students should carefully consider their academic schedule and other commitments before registering.
• If a student is unable to continue with the programme, they should inform the concerned programme coordinator as early as possible.
• Repeated absence or non-participation without valid communication may result in removal from the programme as per applicable programme guidelines.
